Ljubica Toseva, born and raised in Skopje, current student of Business Management at the American University of Europe – AUE, joined the team of REDI – North Macedonia in 2020 as a Financial Assistant.

The diversity of her work experience in various companies around Europe, including Croatia and Hungary are added value to the organization and herself, enabling her to strive toward achievements above average.

As a young individual, with upskilled mindset and adaptability, originated by the multiethnic peaceful country in Southeastern Europe – North Macedonia, she derived valuable linkage with the Roma community which is a true asset for the endeavor of the organization concentrating on the agenda of equal human rights and business development for the most vulnerable and underrated categories of people among Europe.
