 Description

The Administrative Internship Program at REDI (Roma Entrepreneurship Development Initiative) is designed to support young Roma who want to gain hands-on professional experience in office administration while contributing to the daily operations of a civil society organization.

 

The internship takes place at REDI’s office in Skopje and offers a paid opportunity to learn through practical work, mentoring, and exposure to real administrative systems and procedures.

The internship is paid, in accordance with applicable legal regulations and the organization’s budget.

 

What the Intern Will Learn

 During the internship, the intern will gain practical knowledge and experience in:

  • Office administration and day-to-day organizational processes
  • Professional documentation, correspondence, and record management
  • Filing and archiving systems (both physical and electronic)
  • Administrative procedures, internal controls, and compliance practices
  • Coordination of meetings, logistics, and basic office operations
  • Use of administrative trackers (attendance, inventory, supplies)

This learning is supported through direct supervision and guidance from the Regional Business Centre Finance Officer.

Selection criteria:
