
Valentin has a degree in sociology and has completed two master’s programs: “Project Management” (National School of Political and Administrative Studies, accredited by PMI, USA) and “Risk groups & social support services” (University of Bucharest).
He has experience in the management of projects financed by European funds in sectors such as: local economic development, local governance, entrepreneurship education for young people and vulnerable groups, health. He has constantly contributed to the development and implementation of projects for national and international non-governmental organizations, such as the UNOPA Federation, Teach for Romania, World Vision Romania and the PACT Foundation. He has also worked in the field of business consulting and research.
