Elena is born in Skopje, Macedonia. After finishing her Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Sciences, she continued her education and gained a master’ diploma in Project management. All this time, the main focus of her professional endeavours has been in the management and promotion of different projects and campaigns and providing funds possibilities to the organization. During the time spent working on various projects with many experts in the relevant areas, she could learn and upgraded her knowledge, which helped her further work in different job positions. Her professional experience is over nine years in International Foundations, the NGO sector, and consulting companies. Her strengths such as dedication, good organizing, and communication skills make her an ideal candidate for managing the Roma Business clubs in the region.
