Description
The grant supports REDI to become an ecosystem builder and connector between Roma entrepreneurs operating in their communities and the mainstream business environment.
During the project, REDI staff and field officers pass through capacity building training and activities to provide business development services to Roma entrepreneurs. Human resource is developed to become loan officers, business facilitators that will enable access to finance to support entrepreneurs grow their businesses.
Objectives
The main objective of the funding received from OSF-RIO is to develop human resources on various key areas that will enable REDI to achieve his mission statement.
