Petrică has +15 years of experience in the non-profit sector and Roma inclusion in particular. He is an expert in working with vulnerable communities and EU bodies and is the initiator and Founder of REDI, and in the past has also been a Board Member of the Open Society Foundations.

Petrică holds a Phd in Chemistry from the University College Dublin, is a fellow of the Aspen Institute and currently is following an MBA at the Central European University.
