The overall objective of the project is to advance employment and the economic situation of Roma in Serbia and North Macedonia. In order to do this, we aim to focus on:
-> building human capacity to work both with entrepreneurs on the field and with financial
institutions;
-> piloting new mechanisms for business development and access to finance;
-> set-up networks of entrepreneurs to provide peer learning opportunities;
-> launch advocacy campaigns challenging the government to improve their services for Roma
communities;
-> establish partnerships with relevant stakeholders.
